Order Processing
Most items are in stock and will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed. After a careful quality check and secure packaging, your order will be shipped via USPS or Fedex. International Packages will be shipped via DHL or Fedex. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days, or sooner.

International Shipping
We offer USPS First Class International shipping to most countries.
Please note: customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. For specific questions regarding international delivery, feel free to contact us.

Shipping & Insurance
All orders are shipped fully insured for your peace of mind.
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery and report any signs of tampering or damage.

Delivery Address
We only ship to street addresses—P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Signature Requirement
For orders $500 or more, a signature will be required at delivery, even if you’ve waived signatures with USPS in the past.

Wedding Bands & Eternity Bands
Some wedding bands—especially those with designs that go all the way around—must be custom-made to your exact ring size. Our in-house artisans take great care with each piece, so please allow up to 10 business days for these rings to be made and shipped.

P.S. All customization and engraving is final sale. No returns or refunds on engravings.
